Founded in 2012, Interglo Lighting specialises in lighting for Commercial, Industrial, and Multi Residential projects. The Interglo philosophy is based on providing the best possible value for any particular lighting package. This value is not necessarily represented by the lowest price. For every product, in every application, there is a point at which the quality, level of specification, performance, and price of a product meet with the project requirements. Interglo can help identify this point. In our eyes, over specifying a product can be just as costly as under specifying . We put together ranges that have built into them multiple levels of specification, meaning products can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of a project.
We manufacture and assemble products locally, which enables us to customise the product to meet the project requirements, and tight time frames.
Interglo takes a multidimensional 3D approach to lighting supply. The three dimensions are Design, Develop and Deliver
Design
Interglo can undertake complex lighting design projects, ensuring compliance with Australian lighting standards. We produce documentation to support our designs such as that required by shopping centres, and specifying engineers. Our documentation packages can include lux plots, renders, CAD documentation, fitting specifications, and compliance calculations for Part J6 of the BCA.
We are also experienced in the design, and manufacture of custom luminaires. Working with an extensive network of fabricators and artisans in Australia and overseas, Interglo can bring bespoke lighting from concept, through to implementation. From concept development, through 3D CAD modelling to prototyping, manufacture and deliver, Interglo can work with the client every step of the way – from concept to completion.
Develop
We pride ourselves on our ability to develop outstanding products and product ranges that are relevant to today’s market. The lighting landscape in Australia is changing continuously. There are constantly changing requirements for energy efficiency and lighting controls. Project lead times are tightening all of the time and budgetary constraints on projects require flexibility of product. This helps to maintain the integrity of the lighting design, whilst meeting budgetary requirements. Interglo staff can guide you through this changing landscape.
Delivery
At Interglo, we are always focussed on the delivery of the project. From the inception of the project, through to completion we are in communication with the key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and the information for the project is current. We design with your delivery date in mind. We manufacture on the basis that if the order if not right, the order is not finished.

Cameron Ely
Cameron has been involved in the wholesale lighting business for 13 years. During this time he has been involved in sourcing, and importing fittings from both China and Europe, and well as procuring locally manufactured light fittings. He has established local manufacturing facilities, and has an excellent understanding of how the lighting industry works in Australia, and how it interacts with he construction industry.
Cameron has worked with lighting designers, specifiers and manufacturers on Retail, Commercial and Industrial projects, and has years of experience in negotiating the best project lighting outcomes for his clients.
Rez Rahsepar
Lighting Designer
Rez is an Associate Lighting and Electrical Engineer at Interglo, based in Melbourne, where he plays a key role in delivering integrated lighting and building services solutions across architectural, commercial, health, transport, retail and education projects.
Rez specialises in interior, architectural and facade lighting, working closely with architects, developers, builders and fellow engineers to create lighting that enhances architectural intent while remaining technically robust, compliant, buildable, and commercially realistic.
Rez holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland, is a Member of CIBSE, an Associate Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of Australia and New Zealand and is Site Safe accredited. He brings strong technical capability in Revit, AGI32 and lighting analysis, with experience spanning concept design, detailed documentation, construction phase support, and safety in design.
What differentiates Rez is that he is not just a lighting designer, but an engineer with a rare cross sector perspective. In traditional consultancy roles, lighting is often designed in isolation from product realities, supply constraints, installation tolerances and procurement risks. In contrast, supplier only roles focus heavily on product selection, sometimes without full consideration of the broader engineering and building services context.
Rez has worked extensively across both consultancy and specialist lighting supply environments, including within a dedicated architectural lighting supplier, giving him deep insight into luminaire performance, limitations, lead times, costs and constructability. Combined with his electrical engineering foundation, this enables him to design lighting solutions that are not only visually and architecturally strong, but also properly coordinated with mechanical services, hydraulics, fire engineering, structure, ceilings, and finishes.
Within Interglo’s environment, Rez acts as a key interface between architects, clients, engineers and contractors, helping ensure that design intent is preserved while delivering solutions that are coordinated, buildable, safe, and operationally sound.
Rez has contributed to major projects including the Melbourne Underground Rail Loop stations, the University of Auckland Recreation and Wellness Centre, Grace Hospital expansions, the New Zealand International Convention Centre, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Zespri Headquarters, and multiple university and education campuses.
Rez brings a combination of architectural sensitivity, engineering rigour and commercial awareness that strengthens Interglo’s ability to deliver high quality, integrated and dependable lighting outcomes for clients.
